The garden cottage shares the property with the main house that is rented out on a permanent basis (tenants in this space).The Garden Cottage, is an upstairs unit with 2 bedrooms, open plan kitchen (fully equipped), dining, lounge area, and one bathroom with both a bath tub and shower. The main bedroom has a king size bed and two side tables, lots of cupboard space and extra blanket. If you require a travel cot for your infant we can accommodate on request. - After 10pm noise level needs to be lowered, no large parties or events, property has another house next to cottage with permanent tenants
- Cottage is completely non-smoking inside, (smoke detectors will set off), but has an outside patio area with table and chairs with ashtray for smoking. Smoking is only allowed on patio balcony area outside at all times.
- Parking for 1-2 cars only. One car needs to be parked to the far right next to the wall right in front of the unit, to prevent blocking other cars coming in and out. Should you have an additional car, please park your additional vehicle outside the property
