Only a 40-minute drive from the Kosi Bay border, along sandy roads, you will find Aloha Estate. Situated on the beach in Ponta Mamoli, Mozambique.On the same property as the big house there is a smaller 2-bedroom fully self-contained cottage that can sleep 4 people, with the option to sleep 2 kids under 12 on the futons in the lounge. The main bigger house can be rented separately or together with the smaller cottage sleeping 18 people in total.Please note, that things left outside at night are usually very wet in the morning due to the high level of humidity and conden

Important Information

**Please be advised that you will need a 4x4 vehicle to gain access to the property due to the sandy roads.**

The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk.

REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT:
The refundable breakage deposit is equal to one night stay and will be refunded back to you within 14 days after your stay.

EARLY And LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge of R1500.00 from your refundable breakage deposit, check out no later than 3 pm.

STAFF TIP:
Staff comes in in the morning to make beds and clean the dishes and then in the afternoons again. There is no compulsory staff tip, however you are welcome to tip at your discretion, it is always appreciated.
Their working hours are:
Monday - Friday: 8:00 – 16:00 with an hour lunch break at 12:00
Saturday: 8:00 – 12:00
Sunday: Off

On request:
If you would like them to work additional hours, the rate is R50 per hour per staff member.
If you would like them to work on Saturday afternoon (13:00 – 16:00), the rate is R75 per staff member.
If you would like them to work on Sunday, the rate is R150 or 600Mzn per staff member.

LAUNDRY:
Laundry is available at R150 or 600Mzn a load, please bring your laundry powder and softener as required.
Linen will be changed twice a week to be mindful of the environment.
